He is survived by: his wife Christine Sue Smith of Apple Grove; his children, Bradley Smith (Brook) of Ashton, David Smith of Apple Grove, Shawn Smith of Apple Grove, Matthew Smith (Jessie) of Antwerp, OH, Mary Kathern Cobb (Jerry) of Glenwood and Janet Smith of Ashton; and his siblings, Mike Smith, Wanda Morgan, Donna Smith and Gail Roy. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
