He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Holley and Geraldean Holley; and his brothers, Ronnie Holley and Keith Holley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Holley (Barnett); his daughters, Nancy Cornell (Robert) and Shelly Blain (Mike); his grandchildren, Alisha Hammond (Fred), Jesica Cornell, Lee Cornell, Samantha Shuler (Shelby) and Ira Blain; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Rayleigh Shuler; and his brother Jeff Holley.
