He is survived by: his wife Carolene Blain of Apple Grove, WV; his children, Cheryl Harbour, Robin Moore of Apple Grove, WV and Keith Moore of Savannah, GA; his grandchildren, Jason Moore of Kentucky, Amber Brumfield of Huntington, WV, Brian Brumfield of Glenwood, WV, Sean Harbour of Huntington, WV and Brianna Moore of Savannah, GA; and his siblings, Tom Blain (Laura), Tracie Patrick (Dave), Lori Deal (Doug) and Jackie Saunders (Jeff). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
