It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Jean (Apple Grove, West Virginia), who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William L. "Bud" Nibert; her sister Connie I. Nibert; and her grandparents, Harry Smith, Margaret Smith, Jesse Nibert and Nora Nibert.
She is survived by: her husband Luke Grass (Tony) of Apple Grove; her mother Joyce Thornburg of Apple Grove; her stepmother Vera Nibert of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; and her siblings, Tammy Lucas (Don) of Apple Grove, Pam Moore (Clay) of Rocky Mount, VA, Lisa Nibert Vinson of Eleanor, WV, David Nibert (Sandra) of Circleville, OH, Willard (Cecil) and Lexie Nibert of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
