He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles H. Mayse, Clifford and Lydia Cornell (Siders). He is survived by: his parents, Michael L. Cornell and Nancy J. Cornell (Mayse) of Apple Grove; his daughter Rylee Cornell of Apple Grove; his brothers, Scott Cornell (Margie) of Apple Grove and Gary Cornell (Tina) of Lexington, KY; and his grandmother Dorothy G. Mayse of Apple Grove. He is also survived by one nieces and three nephews.
