He was predeceased by: his parents, John Price and Cora F. Price (Persinger); and his siblings, Dorothy Watson, Betty Simpkins, Sharon Price, Charles "Leo", Worthy "Gene", John "Willie", Kenny and Doug Price.
He is survived by: his wife Gail June Price (Allen) of Apple Grove; his son Harvey Kevin; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Price of Gallipolis, OH; his daughter Jackie; his son-in-law Steve Hornsby of Thurman, OH; his grandchildren, Levi Hornsby (Megan) of Patriot, OH, Mackenzie Bing (Jacob) of Bidwell, OH, Makayla Price of Gallipolis, Abbie Price of Gallipolis and Zander Price of Gallipolis; his siblings, Marlie Price (Phyllis) of Apple Grove and Mary "Sis" Edmonds (Jim) of Apple Grove; and his close friends, Steve and Linda Critchfield.
Social distancing will be observed and face masks are required.
