He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie "Mary Jo" Harris and Marion "Pen" McCarty; and his grandparents, Claude Knott and Nola Casey. He is survived by: his grandsons, Parker and Trey; his wife Patricia Kay Rollins McCarty; his sons, Earnest, Jr. (Paula), Nicholas (Beth) and Matthew (Kari); his grandsons, Christian (Jordan), Cameron, Connor and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Leighton and Adalyn; his sisters, Joann and Barbara (Bill); his niece Cindy; his brother Roger; and his nephew Dwight.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Barton Chapel Church.
In lieu of flowers or meals for the family, we are requesting that donations be made to the Activity Department at PVHC for the enjoyment of their resident's in the future in dad's name.
