He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mancel Lloyd and Hazel M. Lloyd (Murphy); and his daughter Jo Ann Lloyd. He is survived by: his children, William Paul "Bill" (Melissa Lloyd), Jason Edmond Lloyd (James David) of Apple Grove, Emilie Lloyd of Charleston, WV, Robin Lynn, Janie Marie and Scott Stapleton of Spring Hill, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550).
