He is survived by: his mother Lucille Jeffers; his stepfather Sammie Jeffers of Apple Grove; his children, Katie Gillispie of Ashton, WV and Austin Paul Rainey of Racine, OH; his siblings, Barbie Parsons (Lacey) of Ashton, WV, Becky Plants (Mark) of Apple Grove, Janet Lane of St. Albans, WV and Jill Chapman (Rick) of Apple Grove; and his stepsiblings, Janie Kinniard (Harvey) of Apple Grove and Sammie Jeffers (Kathy) of Apple Grove. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
