He was predeceased by: his father Basil Edward Casey; his brother Bob Casey (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Tackett and Tina Casey. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gay Casey (Beller) of Apple Grove; his sons, Basil O. "Buddy" Casey II of Gallipolis Ferry and William "Bill" Lloyd (Missy) of Gallipolis Ferry; his grandchildren, William Lloyd Jr. (Alex) of Jacksonville, NC and Hannah Lloyd of Gallipolis Ferry; his great grandchildren, Mason and Lakin Lloyd; and his siblings, Peggy Tackett of Gallipolis, OH, Darlene Hurlow (John) of Gallipolis Ferry and Steve Casey of Mt. Alto. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
