He is survived by: his wife Mary Skaggs Withrow; his children, Cherlyn Moore (Terry), Dale Withrow (Jill) and Keith Withrow (Lisa); and his brother Edwin Withrow (Lenora). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
