He is survived by: his children, Joshua Carl Blackburn, Chasity Sierra (Joey), Miranda Duncan, Isabelle Blackburn, Jasmine Lineberger, Michael Champion (Bobbie) and Josh "Little Man" Blackburn (Kat); his siblings, Elisa Blackburn, Deborah Moore, Dinah Holcomb, Angelia Keith (Brian), David Pridemore (Marilyn), Barry Blackburn James (Denna) and James "Beanie" Blackburn (Renee); his grandchildren, Layla-Beth, Laikyn, Alonyi, Jameson, Dakota, Kobran, Peyton and Kayden; and his great grandchild Xavier.
