He is survived by: his wife Peggy Spencer Williams; his granddaughter Lindsey Mamigonian (Zach) of Denver, Colorado; his children, Rocco Vartain Mamigonian of Denver, Colorado and Lando Vartain Mamigonian of Denver, Colorado; his daughter-in-law Carol Williams; his sister Patricia Campbell of Huntington, WV; his siblings-in-law, Bill and Pamela Witt of Conway, SC; and his cousin Curtis Bryant of Lewisburg, WV.
