She was predeceased by: her son James "Mousey" Lesher; her grandson Andrew Lesher; her former husband G. Elliott Lesher Sr.; her daughter-in-law Betsy Lesher; her parents, Ruby McKnight and Walter McKnight; and her brothers, Marshall Carte and Granville McKnight.
She is survived by: her children, Dallas "Joe" (Kathy), Wendle (Sue), Jerry "Curt" (June), Dennis "Denny", Lyle (Angie), Elliott Jr. (Terry), Shannon, Jeremy (Casandra), Linda Carte (Steve), Lucille Nickell (Slots) and Angela Pierson (Greg); and her siblings, C. D., Frank, Larry McKnight, Norma Smith and Dorothy McMahon. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
