She was predeceased by: her parents, Dempsey Hendricks and Bessie Hughart Hendricks; and her husband Lemoyne Whipkey. She is survived by: her children, Terry Franklin (Bobby) and Tim Whipkey (Sonya); her siblings, Wayne Hendricks and Bonnie Cochran; her grandchildren, Hillary Franklin and Heather Stotlemyer; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Madeline and Gabrielle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
