She was predeceased by: her parents, Oral Harrah and Gertrude Harrah; her husband William Winfield "Bill" Hess; her son William Michael Hess; and her siblings, Shirley Harrah and Phala Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hess, Susan Lattanzi (Dale), Debbie Denoff (Mark) and Joyce Gwinn (Bob). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
