She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Caldwell and Nellie Caldwell; her husband James Ernest Horrocks; and her brothers, James Caldwell and Randy Caldwell.
She is survived by: her children, James Rodney Horrocks (Elaine) of Oak Hill, WV and Mary Richmond (Jonathan) of Edmond, WV; her siblings, Jean Miller (Howard) and Darrell Caldwell (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Jessica Parker (Russell), Cody Kinzer (Haley), Brittnee Horrocks and Stacy Smith (Anthony). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; extended family.
