He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Howell and Helen Ellison Howell; and his siblings, Betty Jo Howell and J. H. Howell. He is survived by: his sisters, Frances Barber of Reynoldsburg Ohio, Faye Sebert (Elza) of Grove City and Sue Carrillo (Peter) of Alta Loma; and his nephew Henry Howell.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Rest Mausoleum Cemetery Road Victor.
