He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Skaggs and Annabelle Skaggs of Sugar Creek, Ansted.. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Davis Skaggs; his children, Jerry Skaggs, Jr. (Karen) of Ansted, Tim Skaggs (Jerri) of Richwood and Shelley Neal (Ed) of Rainelle; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Matt Hildebrand, Ashley, Billy Freeman, Tyler Skaggs, Evan Skaggs, Isaiah Skaggs and Gabe Neal. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
