He was predeceased by: his parents, James Swartout and Rhoda Swartout; and his brother Bob Swartout. He is survived by: his wife Paula Greer; his sons, Jim and Jeremy of California; his daughter-in-law Lesley; and his grandchildren, Justin and Kaitlyn.
