He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Longworth Hawkins (Suzie Hawkins) and Margaret Louise Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Doris Skaggs Hawkins; his children, Alberta Dowdy, Dianna Fendley and Tony Hawkins (Angela); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Henderson, Joshua Dowdy, Jessika Scott, Lindsay Hawkins and Spencer Hawkins. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
