He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Pearl and Jasper Harvey Gwinn; and his siblings, Eddie Gwinn, Jim Gwinn, Kenneth Gwinn, Ina "Sis" LeVay, Charlotte Bach and Betty Gwinn.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gwinn; his sons, Charles (Lee Gwinn) of Murfreesboro, TN and Allen (Heather Gwinn) of James Creek, PA; his grandchildren, Justin Gwinn, Faith Gwinn, Cole Diamond, Jackson Diamond, Rachael Gwinn, Amanda Gwinn and Natalie Gwinn; and his cousins, Hilton, Marcella Gwinn, George "Junior" and Reva Martin.
