She is survived by: her husband Michael Billups; her children, Jessica Shipman (Donnie), Samantha Durman (Edward), Cynthia Gover (Bryan), Shannon Critchley (Ricky) and Terry Foster, Jr.; her grandchildren, Aleesya, Tamara, Toby, Eden, Carter, Aubrey, Jonah, Hunter, Jaxon, Tanner, Abram, Duke and Tilly; her stepgrandchildren, Ethan (Emily), Marah and Ryverz; her stepgreat-grandchild Meadow; her siblings, James Withrow, Timothy Withrow (Vicky) and Miriam Foster; and her pet Ludwig. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
