He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Payne and Ida Gladwell Payne; his wife Dorothy Wolfe Payne; his siblings, Dorsey, Roy, Ray, Gilbert, Hubert, Delsie Payne Nicely, Ella Payne Hancock and Charlotte; and his great grandchild Romey Wolfe Ingram.
He is survived by: his daughter Charlotte Breuer; his granddaughters, Megan Breuer and Holly Ingram (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Josie, Piper and Remie.
