He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Dye and Tobitha Elizabeth Parks Dye; his wife Zelda Faye Roland; and his son David Dye. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Brewer (John) of Henderson and Rosa Lee Bastoe of West Monroe, LA; his grandchildren, Danielle Brewer, Carlie Brewer, Christina Bastoe, Michael Dye (Alissa) and Jon Roland; his great grandchild Aurora Dye; his brothers, Dale Dye (Pat) of Berlin, WI and Randy Dye of Bluefield, WV; and his nephew Darrel Roland (Katrina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
