He is survived by: his wife Janice Harman Pack; his children, Jesse Pack of Anawalt, WV, Joe Pack (Shelly) of Princeton, John Pack (Katie) of Bluewell, WV. and Elizabeth Pack of Bluewell, WV.; his grandchildren, Jeremiah (Josh Pack), Cory (Aaron Bolden), Jared (Will Youther) and Abby May (Jojo Pack); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Elijah and Adalyn Bolden.
