She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Johnson and Lillian Parks Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Gary M. Church, Sr.; her sons, Gary M. Church, Jr. and Roy Thomas Church; her grandson Timothy Church; and her siblings, Kenneth, Jimmy, Claude Johnson, Dorothy Johnson, Ellen Sanson, Mary Ann Akerman, Jean Johnson and Gloria Anders.
