He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurley Howard Workman and Betty Jean Day Bailey; his stepfather Ronald Bailey; his siblings, Howard Workman, Danny Workman and Katherine "Jenny" Workman; and his parents-in-law, Beulah and Newton Lambert.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Workman (Lambert); his children, Jonathan Workman (Kaitlyn) and Melissa East (Chris); his grandchildren, Gabe "Spud" Workman and Brantley "Fat Rat" Workman; and his siblings, Anna Scott (Mark), Betty Scott, Donnie Workman (Susan), Lishia Workman, Sherry Workman, Billy Workman, Clarence Workman and Steve Workman. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
