She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Ray Forrest of O'Toole, WV; her children, Michelle Lambert (Buck) of Abbs Valley, VA and Joseph Ray Forrest (Christie) of Concord, NC; her grandchildren, Kenzie Faith Horn (Austin), Mason Ray Forrest, Madison Lynn Forrest and Nathaniel Blake Lambert; and also Patricia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
