She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Drake and Gypsy Ledsome Drake; her husband Hubert Carl Cook; her daughters, Kathy R. Carr and Jennifer Crowley; and her brothers, Charles, Carl and Lewis Drake.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy F. Cook; her brother Benny Drake; and her grandchildren, Gary, J. D. and Amber. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
