He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jo Fox (Hinkle); his children, Robert Lloyd Fox, Jr. (Alara), Billy Joe Fox of Kistler, Jason Hinkle of Lyburn and Courtney Hinkle of Lyburn; his grandchildren, Hailey Fox, Madyson Fox and Scarlett Fox; and his sisters, Lou Russell of Welch, Mae Massey (Larry) of Oceana, Rosemary Lamb (Roy) of County Line, Ruby Fox and Eileen Hoosier (Leonard) of Greenvalley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
