He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Schellhaas and Edith Schellhaas (Morgan); his daughter Bonnie Schellhaas (Gilland); his wife April Schellhaas (Ayers); and his siblings, Dorothy Richeson, Jim Schellhaas and Janet Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly "Kim" Oliver (Tim) of Virginia Beach, VA and Kelly Hernandez-Laws (Bobby) of Amherstdale; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Shelby, Hannah and Matthew; his stepgrandchildren, Brittney and Bobby Joe; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Colby, Brantley and Ezra; and his sisters, Dianne Bradford of Galloway, OH and Sandy Fry (Bobby) of Galloway, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
