It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Cazin of Amherstdale, West Virginia, born in Lundale, West Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cazin and Florence Marshall Cazin; his son-in-law Raymond Megerle; his sister Virginia; his brother-in-law Phil Thuma; and his siblings, Georgia Holcomb and Melf Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Workman; his children, Leon Cazin Jr., Michael Cazin, Martha Lowe (Ernest) and Cindy Megerle; his grandchildren, Stephanie McCollister (Rory), Alex Lowe, Hannah Vance (Josh), Sarah Justice (Jimmy), Nicholas Williams (Natasha), Jenna Cazin (Ben Lowe) and Rachel Cazin; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Lila McCollister, Brystol, London Vance, Amelia Justice, Mia and River Williams. He is also survived by 2 daughters, 2 sons, 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
