He is survived by: his siblings, John Holstein (Lou), Arlene Larck, Linda K. Hunt, Sharon Wentz (Jerry), Frances Matheny (Al), Marilyn Gillispie (David) and Connie Sprague. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
