He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Bell; his parents, Freeman Bell and Ruth Bell; and his brother Terry Bell. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Hightower (Jeff) and Anthony Bell (Teresa); his grandson Codye Bell (Ashley); and his siblings, Joyce Ann McAllister (Eric), Karen Gray and Tim Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
