She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harlan and Dollie Gay Davis Skidmore; and her husband John Lee Duncan. She is survived by: her son Paul R. Isaacs, Sr. (Marsha) of South Charleston; her brother Lambert G. Skidmore (Reba) of South Charleston; and her brother-in-law Ray F. Isaacs (Ruth) of Gallipolis. She is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
