He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Leroy and Helen Louise Adkins; and his brother Hersey Mike Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his children, Melissa Hager (Ralph), Allie Taylor (Tommy), Michelle Howell (David) and Sidney Belcher; his grandchildren, Megan (Cody), Brandon, Emily, Lauren, Alex, Jacob, Rylee and KayLynn; his great grandchildren, Dakota and Gavin; his siblings, Rodney Adkins (Norma), Connie Stollings (Ronnie), Kristen Kirby and Amy Woodrum; and his close friend Ralph Hager, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
