She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Starcher and Thelma Tackett Starcher (Ralph Jones); and her brother Michael Starcher. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Owen (Robert) and Jeremy Jones (Amber Hughes); her grandchildren, Miranda, Jace, Maxwell, Nevaeh, Dakota and Tanner; and her siblings, Donna Thornton and Rick Starcher (Deloris). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
