He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlen Compton and Jacqueline Jarrell Compton; and his brothers, Delmar Dean Jarrell and Lacy Russell Compton. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his sons, Lacy Lee Compton (Jamie) of Brandenburg, KY, Robert Compton of Brandenburg, KY and Benjamin Fisher of Louisville, KY; and his brothers, Joseph Compton of Alum Creek, WV and Michael Compton of Shepherdsville, KY.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
