He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O. Midkiff and Cecile Loftus Midkiff; and his siblings, Elaine Midkiff Bell and Conrad R. Midkiff. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Patsy" Stewart Midkiff; his sons, Steven Craig Midkiff and David Eric Midkiff (Yolanda); his granddaughters, Jennifer, Kristen, Miranda and Ashley; and his sisters, Marian Crowe of Huntington and Yvonne DeBord of Alum Creek. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
