He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his granddaughter Wanda Michelle Midkiff; his parents, Foster Midkiff and Thelma Smith Midkiff; and his siblings, Ruth Justice, Cornie Barker, Dollie Allen, Jean Midkiff, Jane Blankenship and John Midkiff.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Midkiff (Missy) and Gail Midkiff (Mark); his grandsons, Alex, Greg and Hunter; and his siblings, Barbara Linville and Homer Midkiff (Brenda).
