She is survived by: her children, Angela Treadway of Charleston and Jeff Treadway (Tammy) of Arkansas; her grandchildren, Tabitha, Mila Guinn, Jay and William Treadway; her sister Edna Smith of Sod; and her nephews, Richard Taylor (Melinda) of Dunbar, Dewayne Taylor (Amanda) of Poca, Kevin Smith (Gerry) of Sod and Max Taylor of Dunbar.
