He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Priestly and Roscoe Owen; his stepmother Reba Owen; his grandmother Roxie Owen; and his siblings, Debbie Parkins, Sharon Eskew, Kenny Owen, Richard Bowles and Terry Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Owen; his children, Kim Morris (Eddie), Tracy Owen and Darren Owen (Lisa); his stepdaughters, Hope McCormick and Marti Ruth (Ryan); his former wife Sandy Owen; his cousins, Larry Tackett (Darlene) and Louis Tackett (Rita); his brother David Napier (Katrina); his grandchildren, Austin Owen, Millenia Washington (Brandon), Zoey Fleck and Rylee Morris; his great grandchild Myra Washington; and also, Gerri Webber, Phyllis Smith, Cherri Skoviak, Cheryl Hartz and Janie Winters.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
