He is survived by: his wife Tammy Damron Stephens; his daughters, Amanda Holland (Chris) of Baltimore, MD, Emily-Ann Stephens of Pittsburgh, PA and Monica Stephens Warner of Newport, OR; his granddaughters, Patricia and Georgia; and his siblings, Sonja Moss (Tom) of Ocean Shores, Washington and Steve Pauley (Sheila) of Benton, AR.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
