He was predeceased by: his father John L. Myers IV; and his brother Clarence Myers (Moon). He is survived by: his son John L. Myers, VI (Nikki); his grandsons, Gabriel and Logan Myers of Chesapeake; his son Mark Anthony Myers of Alum Creek; and his brother Rodney Myers (Jingle).
