He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Holstein and Kathleen Nicholas Holstein. He is survived by: his children, Dottie Dunlap (Lonnie) and Ronnie Thompson (Gail); and his siblings, Brookie McConnell and Dillard Holstein (Sue). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
