He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel and Kaitlan Starcher; the mother of his children Paula Sue Landers; his daughter Kelli Neil; the mother of his child Laverna Neil; his mother Marian Starcher; his siblings, Rob Starcher and Susan Moore; his grandchildren, Charlee Dawne, Kynleigh and Kinsley; his uncle Brian Siegrist; and his great-aunt Betty Pennington.
