He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Jim Ratcliff, Jr. (Andrea), Mike Ratcliff (Patty), Linda Moran (Doug), Charlie Peters, Kenny Peters (Kim) and Babbe Shaver (Stan); his sister Dot Myers; and his grandchildren, Andria Allen, Michael Webb, Cody Peters, Chris White, Blake Ratcliff, Kaley Pearcy, Brittany Wooten, Emily Guthrie, Adam Peters, Ashton Kelley, Heather Grishaber, Laura Ratcliff, Bethany Ratcliff and Grace Cipoletti. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
