She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Susan) of Oklahoma, Jeff (Donna) of Charleston, WV and Kevin (Natalie) of Charleston, WV; her grandchildren, Samantha (Joey), Shannon (Jody) of Charleston, WV, Drake (Kat) of Oklahoma and Crystal of Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Derek, Kaylee, Landon, Ella, Bryson, Ashley and Tara.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W, Charleston WV 25387.
