She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otis Dowdy and Elsie Dowdy; her husband Charles Bishop Reynolds; her children, Debbie Reynolds of St. Albans and Richard Reynolds (Barbara) of Borden, IN; her sibling MaryBelle Minton of St. Albans; and her nieces, Crystal Mashayekhi (Mansour) of Hurricane, WV and Cheryl Brunetti (John) of Sherrills Ford, NC. She was also cherished by numerous step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
